We’ve missed hosting the Vineyard’s annual Wine Festival so we are bringing Wine Fest to The Dunes for this special, curated culinary weekend with our Executive Chef, Michael Hervieux, guest chefs and wine vineyard partners throughout the weekend.
Friday evening, enjoy fall’s sun-kissed warmth and light ocean breeze on The Dunes deck, at our own version of “Oh Shucks”, featuring our neighbors, Ryan and Julia Smith, owners of Signature Oysters located right here in Katama. Ryan and Julia will be shucking their delectable oysters paired with white and pink bubbles. Learn about the oyster business first hand and the secrets they use to make their delectable oysters a fan favorite
On Saturday, enjoy a day of leisure on the Island and then wind down your day with a dinner hand-crafted by Chef Hervieux and our guest chef (TBA) with a customized menu created to welcome in fall comfort foods combined with the perfect wines from our vineyard partners.
