We’re excited to partner once again with Katama Bay’s renowned oyster farm, Signature Oysters, to offer exclusive private tours and tastings. Spend an afternoon or an evening meeting the farmers, touring the bay, and sampling the freshest oysters on the island.

Oysters on the Half Shell

Signature Oysters are on our menu at Dunes, and they’re as fresh as they come. Grown in Katama Bay, just a half mile down the road from Winnetu, Signature Oysters are delivered daily to our kitchen doors and shucked and enjoyed nightly.
