Cruise to Dinner on our Scenic Water Taxi

Every evening, June 19th – September 12th

For The Dunes Dinner Guest: Cruise to dinner through beautiful Katama Bay on our spectacular Water Taxi to The Dunes. Leave from downtown Edgartown and enjoy a complimentary shuttle ride back into town after dinner with views over South Beach.

For Resort Guests: Enjoy a scenic cruise from the resort to downtown Edgartown for dinner.

POOLSIDE LUNCH

Join us at the pool from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm for lunch at our poolside restaurant. Enjoy cocktails, frozen drinks, and a menu to complement this al fresco experience. Open to the public and guests alike!

Winnetu guests enjoy poolside service right to their lounge chair or cabana until 6:00 pm.

A vintage fire truck ride Before an Unforgettable Dinner

Every evening, June 19th – September 12th

Arrive at the Winnetu by 5:15 PM and start your evening with a one-of-a-kind ride through Katama aboard a vintage 1949 Chevy Maxim Fire Truck. This 10-minute scenic experience sets the tone for a memorable night, arriving just in time for your 5:30 PM dinner at The Dunes.

Kids' Corner

Every evening, June 19th – September 6th

Enjoy a relaxed evening at The Dunes while younger guests continue the fun.

Children begin dinner at The Dunes with family before heading to our supervised Kids’ Corner for games and activities, giving parents the chance to enjoy the rest of the evening at their own pace.

For ages 3+ (potty trained) through pre-teen.

The General Store

Chef Richard Doucette utilizes his passion, creativity and training to create dining experiences that exceed the expectation of each and every guest. He consistently pushes the boundaries of imagination to compose sophisticated yet approachable flavors with a modern twist.

His seasonal menu concepts consist of elegant dishes that showcase his relationships with local farms, harvesters and fisheries.

Pastry Chef

sofia Tejeda

Sofia Tejeda, born and raised in Mexico City, followed her passion for food and creativity upon moving to San Antonio. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America San Antonio in 2017, she pursued a career as a pastry chef. Sofia gained experience at renowned establishments such as Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery and worked as executive pastry chef at Mixtli and Hotel Emma. Sofia’s exceptional skills and dedication earned her a James Beard Foundation nomination for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2022 and the title of Pastry Chef of the Year by the Texas Chef’s Association the same year and consecutively in 2023, in addition to being named Culturemap’s Pastry Chef of the Year in 2023. She currently serves as a Chef Ambassador for San Antonio’s UNESCO city of gastronomy designation, further establishing the city as a culinary destination.
