A Sweet Soiree with James Beard Semi-Finalist Pastry Chef Sofia Tejeda, in partnership with Nielsen-Massey Vanilla. Sofia will take your tastebuds on an explosive journey featuring a specialty dessert buffet. Guests will also have the opportunity to join alongside Sofia to decorate traditional Mexican folk art “sugar skull” cookies. Enjoy this sweetness while sipping on a selection of pairings including cordials, bourbon, ports, sherries, and dessert wines!

About Craig: born and raised in Woodside, Queens, Craig has spent close to 30 years in popular restaurants in The Hamptons and NYC. He got his start in the entertainment field doing standup comedy throughout New York City. After performing from Caroline’s to Carnegie Hall, he has acted in dozens of TV shows and national commercial campaigns.
