Located at the southern tip of the island, Winnetu Oceanside Resort guests enjoy the prevailing summer breezes from the southwest, which help keep everyone comfortable and cool. After a morning or afternoon at the beach, Winnetu guests can either bike to town on the bicycle path or take the Resort’s complimentary shuttles to/from Edgartown for their shopping or sightseeing pleasure.

Edgartown, the Vineyard’s most stately town, is filled with whaling-era mansions, a magnificent harbor lined with boats of all sizes, and a myriad of boutiques and dining establishments for everyone’s enjoyment. The thrill of taking the Resort’s sunset water taxi cruise to town for an ice cream, or a movie and dinner, can’t be beat!
