The Island Queen crossing takes 35 minutes. On select trips, we will meet you on the other side and bring you, your family, and your luggage to the Resort. The Island Queen supplies convenient parking within walking distance to the dock. The boat line has guaranteed Winnetu Oceanside Resort guests parking in their lots as long as a Winnetu voucher is shown to the parking attendant. Please Note: Parking is $20.00 per calendar day; cash only.
Winnetu guests must pre-reserve both the boat and on-island transfers by ordering directly through our reservations office. Please do not order on the Island Queen website.
Bicycles do not fit on our shuttle! If you wish to bring your personal bikes to our Resort, you may reserve space for your luggage on our van, and bike on your own from the Island Queen dock to the resort – 9 miles, mostly on a beautiful bike path. For us to transport your luggage only, you will need to pre-reserve space on our shuttle here for your luggage to match the number of persons you have in your party. Alternatively, bicycles can be rented on the Island and conveniently delivered directly to our Resort.
Check-in time at the Winnetu is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m. If you plan on arriving earlier or departing later, the Front Desk will be happy to store your luggage, so that you may enjoy the beach or our other facilities.
