Need a little more space for your vacation than a suite accommodation in our Winnetu Hotel provides? Is air conditioning also important to you? Then, stay in one of our larger-sized Mattakesett Townhouses or Bay Homes, several of which now feature air conditioning, in addition to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. Also included are all of our Winnetu Oceanside Resort amenities.

Simply specify your request for an air-conditioned Townhouse or Bay Home when booking your reservation.

Our Mattakesett Bay Homes and Townhouses are available for weekly stays. If you can’t get away for a whole week, our Townhouses are also available for five or six-night stays anytime between June 19th and July 19th or August 28th and September 6th, 2012 . Simply let us know that you want to stay for less than a week and we will prorate your stay!*
