Martha’s Vineyard is a beautiful and magical Island located six miles off the Coast of Massachusetts in New England.

The Winnetu Oceanside Resort is located at South Beach, in the Town of Edgartown, on the south side of the Island. There is so much to do once you are here, either as a couple or with your family, including sightseeing, shopping, cultural activities, dining, swimming, water sports, bicycling and golfing. If you would like to plan a sightseeing trip throughout New England or a university tour, Martha’s Vineyard is convenient to the other most popular destinations – Boston; Cape Cod; Maine; Nantucket; New York, NY; Newport, Rhode Island; and fall foliage in Vermont.

We know you are traveling a great distance so we’ve tried to make it easy for you to plan your trip. Once at our resort, we will welcome you and ensure your stay is memorable and pleasurable.

For those of you arriving in the USA via international air service, we recommend arriving at either Logan Airport, Boston, Massachusetts or T.F. Green Airport, Providence, Rhode Island. Frequent connecting flights can be made directly from either airport to Martha’s Vineyard (a 45-minute trip), or we recommend renting a car and taking the beautiful 45 minute ferry ride to the Island. Allow yourself 2 1/2 hours from either airport to the ferry piers on Cape Cod, the departure point for most ferries to the Island. Advance reservations are required if you plan to bring over your automobile.

For those of you arriving in the USA via the Cunard Liner QM2 from Southampton, England, (6 day crossings twice a month), New York City is a 4 ½ hour drive from Cape Cod. Direct flights also operate to Martha’s Vineyard from LaGuardia Airport in New York and from Philadelphia, PA and Washington DC.
