Cool off in our outdoor swimming pools at the Winnetu Oceanside Resort

Enjoy our two heated pools on Martha’s Vineyard – plus a small kiddie pool.

For your relaxation and enjoyment, there are two outdoor swimming pools at the Winnetu Oceanside Resort. The pool located at the Winnetu Hotel is kidney shaped and perfect for lounging, reading and relaxing. The shallow end is 4’ – while the deep end is 9’. There is also a poolside grill adjacent to this pool, which serves luncheon.

The swimming pool located at the Mattakesett Activities Center is rectangular. This pool is better suited for guests who enjoy lap swimming. During most afternoons we turn on our “water jets,” which are a fun event for the kids. In addition, a small kiddie pool that is ideal for toddlers is located adjacent to the Mattakesett Pool.

Parents are asked to watch their own children. There are no lifeguards stationed at either pool.

For the 2013 season, our outdoor swimming pools will be open as follows:

Winnetu Pool – Opens May 17th and closes October 14th
Mattakesett Pool – Opens May 24th and closes September 10th
