Bay Home K-12 is located on the left side of the duplex and features four bedrooms with three-and-a-half bathrooms, a wrap-around deck on the first floor, and a private deck off the Master Bedroom. South Beach is a ten-minute walk away — while all of our Resort activities can be accessed in five minutes. This lovely home comprises quality materials, furnishings, and appliances throughout and sleeps up to eight people.

This privately-owned home is the closest accommodation to South Beach in Edgartown! Ocean Home 11 is situated on 2.4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and features four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. It is a mere two-minute walk to the beach and only five minutes away from all of our Resort Activities. This well-cared for home sleeps from eight-to-ten people and is air-conditioned throughout.

Katama Home 1 — Check-In: Fridays

This newly renovated, privately owned home is located on a cul-de-sac off a quiet dirt road. It is ideally situated directly behind the Winnetu Hotel with easy access to all our Resort activities. It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps up to eight people. This home has a water view from the upper-level deck and is a five-minute walk to South Beach.

The total square footage of this home is 2,500.

Katama Home 2 — Check-In: Fridays

This spacious, privately owned home is conveniently located to the beach and Winnetu Oceanside Resort. The home is easy walking distance to the Children’s Program and a five minute walk to South

Beach. It features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a water view from the upper level. This home’s larger capacity is ideal for families, as it can sleep up to 12 people.

Katama Home 4 — Check-In: Fridays

Katama Home 4 is privately owned, located close to the Winnetu Hotel, and is a five-minute walk to the beach. It features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a large, private yard, and a distant water view from the upper level. It sleeps from eight-to-ten persons.

This home comprises two-and-a-half levels of living space and also includes a “Crow’s Nest” on the upper floor. The home features three bedrooms — plus a den with a pullout, sleeper sofa — and four bathrooms. This home is located within a grove of native Island oak trees on a quiet dirt road and also includes an outdoor hot tub. It sleeps between eight and nine people.
