Mattakesett homes are privately owned; rated "Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold"; and are priced accordingly. Most homes are cooled by the the naturally gentle, southerly sea breezes, some have air conditioning. They are also cleaned upon arrival and departure. All homes have decks and private grills for laid-back barbecues. Most homes have high-speed Internet service. Mattakesett Townhouses and Private Homes have check-ins on the following days: Townhouses — Tues/Wed/Thurs; Bay Homes — Mon; and Single-Family Homes — Fri. - General Store — Open 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. (Assorted groceries, breakfast items, staples, and deli sandwiches). Ice cream counter service begins June 15th
- Pool Patio Dining — Lunch served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily at the Winnetu pool. Kid's menu also offered and items available for takeout. Available from June 15th — September 5th, 2010. Dinner available daily (except Wednesday evenings) — from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — (July 1st to August 21st only)
- Pizza — Available daily from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., June 21st to August 31st
- Lure Grill Restaurant at the Winnetu Hotel — Dinner served nightly from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., June 12th and 13th, 2010. Serving dinner nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. — from June 15th to September 5th*. Children's Menu always available
- Lure Grill Lounge at the Winnetu Hotel — "Menu After-Hours" (light bites, appetizers, and cocktails) available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., (June 12th and 13th). "Menu After-Hours" available daily from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., from June 15th to September 5th
*Dining Note: Lure Grill is fully committed on the following 2010 dates and will be closed for dinner: Friday, June 25th.
