Mattakesett Properties & Tennis Club Spring Rates: May 23 — June 15, 2008

(Weekly Rentals in Privately Owned Homes)

Mattakesett homes are: privately owned; rated "Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold"; and are priced accordingly. Although they are not air-conditioned, they are naturally cooled from the ocean breezes. They are also cleaned upon arrival and departure.

Mattakesett Townhouses and Private Homes have check-ins on the following days ONLY: Townhouses — Tues/Wed/Thurs; Bay Homes — Mon; Ocean Homes — Tues; Katama Homes — Wed; and South Beach Homes — Fri.

Osprey Family Dining — 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., serving dinner daily — except Wednesdays. Our Osprey Room, in our Lure restaurant, features adult a la carte dining from Lure's dinner menu, and a special kid's buffet. Complimentary games and entertainment available

MATTAKESETT POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS:

In order to confirm a rental of any home at Mattakesett, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be received within 10 days of the booking. An executed Occupancy Agreement must be returned with final payment by May 1st. For bookings made after May 1st, full payment is due within 10 days of the booking
Only checks or Money Orders are accepted for payment toward any Mattakesett Home Rental Mattakesett Homes are privately owned, so credit cards are not accepted
There is a maximum eight-person occupancy of any Island home
Check-in is at 5:00 p.m.
Check out is at 10:00 a.m.
Late cancellations have a significant impact on us — due to our Island location and seasonal nature. Individual reservations are completely refundable, with written notice, until February 15, 2008. Thereafter: Mattakesett home cancellations are non-refundable — unless we are able to re-rent the home at the same value as your reservation — in which case you will receive back your deposit less a $300 cancellation fee for each week reserved
In the unlikely event you will need to cancel your stay with us, or there is a hurricane, we recommend that you protect your vacation investment with a "Vacation Rental Protection Plan." This information is automatically sent with all reservation confirmations
In the unlikely event of a hurricane or severe weather conditions, refunds will only be considered after the storm and only if two or more nights are unable to be occupied after the storm and if the Inn is deemed to be uninhabitable by Town or State Officials.
