Please Note: Mattakesett Ocean and Katama Homes are privately owned; rated Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold; and are priced accordingly. They are not air conditioned, but naturally cooled from the ocean breezes. They are cleaned upon arrival and departure.

Spring Rates: May 22 to June 14, 2009

Summer Rates: June 15 to September 6, 2009

Late Summer/Autumn Rates: September 7 to October 12, 2009

Katama Homes feature 4-bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms and are a 5 to 15-minute walk to South Beach. Some Katama Homes have ocean views from the upper floors.

Floorplans for the Katama Homes vary. Please call our Reservations Office at (866) 335-1133 (toll-free, USA only) or (508) 310-1733 for further details.

Ocean Homes feature 3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms and are a five-minute walk to South Beach. They are our closest homes to the beach. Due to the raised dunes, there are limited — or no — ocean views.
